Fieldwork

Studying organisms under natural conditions is important for addressing functional, ecological and evolutionary questions. I always create opportunities to bring lab into a diversity of habitats. Below is a small collection of photos taken in the field.


I conducted extensive field experiments on stick insect flight biomechanics across Southern China and Southeast Asia.
